The Ragnarok Nations Cup 2021 was an online team international beatboxing competition. The event took place from April 8–11th, 2021. It was livestreamed on the official Beatbox America Instagram.
Overview[]
1st phase - 2v2 (April 8th)
Each of the tag team will face other tag team to qualify to the next phase. The scoring system will be graded by battle won, not by jury votes, 3pts if they win, 1 if they win with overtime and 0 if they lose. In battle three situations can happen that will define the advance:
-A tag team wins both battles, in this case they advance directly.
-A tag team loses both battles, unfortunately they are eliminated.
-A tag team wins one and loses another, they go to draw with only one more battle, if that situation, that battle also has a score.
2nd phase - 3v3 (April 9th)
In this phase changes the thing, the teams will face each other as the keys correspond, the only way to pass to the next phase is by majority of points, in this phase, if we are going to take points by votes. Each vote of each jury will be 3 points for the team, the team must collect the most points to move on to the next round.
3rd phase - 5v5 (April 10th)
For this stage must be the 5 members of the team, the teams will win by jury votes as in phase 2, the last battle will have double score, the teams must be attentive to the votes, if the teams for some reason come to be tied at the end of the battles, it will require a final battle (round of blood) in which they can repeat their best beatboxer.
4th phase - 5v5 Final (April 11th)
For this final stage there will be 2 teams. Must be the 5 members of the team, the teams will win by jury votes as in phase 3, the last battle will have double score and also there will be 8 battles, competitors may be repeated, the teams must be attentive to the votes, if the teams for anything reason come to be tied at the end of the battles, it will require a final battle (round of blood) in which they can repeat their best beatboxer.
